as some may expect. Fitness is a minor thing to be prepared - Mentality is what
you really need to be prepared with.
Take some time to absorb how people doing it underwater - from documentary
and other relative media. See and learn how they become so comfortable and
enjoying their dive - it will be a good start for your mentality preparation.
If you have a major phobia being in deep water, yet you still want to learn diving,
we will not stop you - in fact diving course is one of the ways that can help you
