During or after you make a secure payment to us using the form provided; No credit card details (number and expiry date) are stored in any form, anywhere.

Transaction will be done online-realtime under SSL environment on a secured site.

Cancellation

After you completed an online reservation, there's an allowed period where you can cancel your your booking with zero cancellation fee and full refund.

The allowed period is fourteen (14) days after you completed the transaction.


Payment Method

We accept major credit cards : VISA and MASTERCARD. We also accept local online bank transaction : Maybank2U.

The zero cancellation fee and full refund terms applied to all payment method mentioned above.


Your Credit Card Information

WE DO NOT KEEP THESE INFORMATION. In fact, those numbers are not stored / recorded anywhere before and after online booking process, and both completed / not completed transaction data does not display these numbers.

In additions, all transactions are only visible to certain / limited personals in our company.
