Mount Kinabalu Park Tour & Poring Hot Spring (Day Trip)
Itinerary
8:00 am - Depart from the hotel. The journey takes roughly 1 ½ hours drive through scenic countryside and beautiful mountain range. A brief stop at Nabalu Market gives you the opportunity to buy local handicrafts and local fruits.
9:30 am - Another 1 hour drive through mountainous range to reach Poring Hot Springs. Pass by Kundasang, Sabah’s vegetables growing valley.
10:30 am - Arrive at Poring Hot Springs. A 20 minutes hike is needed to reach the Treetop Canopy Walkway. Experience the height of 41 meters from the forest’s floor and the length of 157.6 meters. Take a bird’s eye view of the rainforest.
After the rainforest walk , Take a dip in the outdoor Japanese style bathtub which the sulphuric hot water believed to have medicinal value to your skin.
1:30 pm - Lunch.
2:30 pm - Proceed to Kinabalu Park.
3:00 pm - Visit the Mountain Garden and learn the values that kept in all the types of plants, trees and flowers for the local community while being amazed with the plants diversity that the park has to offer.
4:00 pm - Transfer back to Kota Kinabalu. END OF TOUR
